Description
: : This machine features a fingerprint scan and a child’s play usability to provide relief. The apparatuses are placed at certain Districts location and the program automatically determines how many Machines are placed in a certain district. The Relief and Disaster Management Ministry then enters how many tons of rice, lentils, and other necessary foods they have decided to distribute to one district and the amount a person should get, the software itself divides the amount required for all the machines in that district. After the relief supply is sent to the respective vending machines it then rechecks whether the expected amount is sent using the inbuild weight machine. If the expected amount is less than the approximate amount, after some time it notifies the respective officials to check and after the supply is again reweighted and the required amount is matched, we are ready for the next step and if not the process is repeated making it invincible to escape. Then the containers of rice and other food are filled and are ready for distributing. The people who came for the relief are assembled in a line maintaining social distancing. Each person takes a bag from the bag holder and does a biometric scan of their finger. It then matches the specific print with the database of NID of the country and when it is matched it then sets a deadline of the food he/she received and it is saved in the database and expires in the deadline date. In the duration of the deadline if the same person tries to receive the relief from any other machine in the whole country he will be blocked. After the scan the machine starts dispensing the food ensuring the correct weight as it’s constantly matched with the weight machine below it. After the food is dispensed according to the required amount a red light the lights up to indicate that the person may leave. And it is repeated simultaneously with all the machines as they distribute.
