: The COVID-19 pandemic is due to infection caused by the novel SARS-CoV-2 that impacts the lower respiratory tract. It is extremely hard to manage COVID19 transmission due the lack of a vaccine. Tracking diagnosis, as well as drug responses of COVID19 patients, require retrospective observations. Our genomic lab have expertise in qPCR test, genomic sequencing, bioinformatics, and interpretations. As the pioneer genomic healthcare in Bangladesh, here we propose a unique genomic intelligent platform
- to precisely digitize COVID19 diagnosis (qPCR/antibody) across all centres in Bangladesh
- to assess possible therapeutic (drugs) options and
- to provide health management guidelines (drug applications, policies around immunity) based on scientific evidence.
We are providing a cutting edge digital precision medicine solution to Bangladesh's COVID19 fight. A digital platform that will integrate gold standard qPCR genetic diagnosis test results, COVID19 patients' clinical observations, and therapeutic options for integrated diagnosis and mapping therapeutic options. This platform will provide a digital diagnosis of the test results for each patient and will enable retrospective therapeutics within the population for a better outcome. This platform will integrate genetic and molecular diagnosis (qPCR, antibody, genome), therapeutics and COVID19 health management into one integrated digital platform for each COVID19 patient. This additional module will be a part of the existing GenomeArc genomic precision platform that will serve all genetic disease patients in Bangladesh. We will deploy SARS-CoV-2 global qPCR database, drug database, clinical trial database, and viral genome strain database to integrate within the GenomeArc platform.
