An APP/web app an able to address such behaviors, would permit all of us to stay at safe distance, avoid crowds, organizing/tracking movements (and possibly avoid the transmission of the disease). This APP would use all most reliable geolocation and indoor positioning technology. I image the APP could show "people live traffic" in a similar way Google Maps show cars live traffic. Using location data received from phones, could track live people position. The APP would give live information and warnings to the user of other person's presence (number of persons in predetermined square meters), in order to avoid crowd and giving the possibility to decide. As an example, APP could be useful to understand if it is the right moment to go to supermarket, chemist /pharmacy or take the tube (and maybe choose in which one get in).
This will separately collect the data from online. As we have mass population. & will give data for the certain location. Also using this app, they can order: (we will try to collect that products for free if any donor available otherwise collaborate with some online platform who are selling products in low budget)

We are trying to decentralized our services among the people with a one single operation platform where we can check the people who are infected, who need support from helping organizations, who need online support etc.
