Yet 75% of recruiters cannot recruit local youths due to the skills gap. In fact, this gap remains significant as 39% to 46% of graduates remain unemployed after 2 years of graduation.
In this ongoing Corona crisis, no. of candidates per vacancy is going to rise many folds, and employers will find it more difficult to screen employable candidates. To provide a better recruitment solution and to reduce the skills gap, we have designed a holistic employment platform for both recruiters and graduates.
Using the business solutions provided by the platform (https://app.careerki.com/business), recruiters can now easily screen pre-interview job candidates through online assessments with a fraud management tool enabled, and access a talent pool.
The platform allows users (job candidates and students) to take different free tests using the CareerKi Test section to check skill levels or attend recruitment exams. Users can also enroll in courses to improve their skills, using the CareerKi Learn section. (at https://app.careerki.com/)
