: There is a lack of skilled people for lack of adequate training in diagnostic laboratories. To this end, I started an institute with my older brothers with the aim of simplifying lab procedures. We planned test methods such as real-time PCR, ELISA, CLIA and Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) make it easy for those directly involved with the diagnosis and those entering the new profession.
We have already trained 16 people on real-time PCR who are currently working in various molecular diagnostic labs.
Proper diagnosis is essential for the treatment and skilled manpower is essential for an accurate diagnosis.
Problems like chikungunya, dengue & covid19 will come from time to time so we have to prepare in advance to develop skilled manpower to diagnose.
We currently have the capability to test 11 to 12 thousand Corona virus rt-PCR per day, but this is not possible due to the lack of skilled lab technologists and sample collectors.
Genetic will make well-skilled medical lab technologists and sample collectors. Then distribute them behind every divisional COVID testing center (RT-PCR Lab). Which will be help for maintaining the COVID-19 situation.
