: MoodSpirit is a mobile app to help with anxiety and stress for people at home, over/ under worked and also worrying about the world at large.
In the free version of moodspirit, different techniques that work for different target groups are presented as modules of the app. These are scientific techniques such as 54321 grounding and breathing etc.
The flow of the app is simple and it is easy to use.
We plan to build the modules in such a way that these can be individually embedded into other apps as an add-on modules via Restful API (eg. embed breathing exercise feature into a financial planning app).
We plan to have several language options for the app.
We will have a team of psychologists available for paid customers of the app, as per their subscribed plans.
