Title : RiskNet: A Graph Network for Measuring Social Interaction Score

Description : We are proposing a graph network-based model that can increase the rate of Covid19 detection with limited test kits at hand. Our graph network will calculate the risk probability of suspected patients based on their social interaction and mobility data. For prototyping, we have used OpenStreetMap public GPS data as the data source, which is identical to telecommunication data.
