For maintaining discipline and distance, participation of army will be effective. CCTV cameras can be used in hubs connected to PCRs (Police Control Room) for maintaining honesty, transparency and also proper distribution. School monitors can be used for displaying the remaining number of packages in every hub. Any information regarding the hubs can be sought at a toll free number through SMS. If this following process is executed properly, smooth distribution of relief funds can be ensured.
