: Automatic Bag Valve Mask (ABVM) is the alternative of conventional Ambo bag where developing an automatic system to pump the bag instead of manual operation. It has been used as a temporary ventilator for the respiratory arrested patient. At conventional Ambo bag it has to pump by a man so for long time operation its really very difficult. Covid -19 has mostly damaged the respiratory system of the patient where the patient requires ventilation. In that case this automatic BVM can be really helpful for reducing manpower, workload as well as money. It has been making automatic around the world due to less manpower compare to patient. As we have very less resource and health worker compare to population it will be really helpful. Due to its easiness and availability it can be used up to rural level even where there is no ventilation facility. So it can reduce causality also. Before pandemic Covid 19 if we can develop such a system and take a preparation it will be really helpful and can reduce the impact.
