: “Chailei Pari (চাইলেই পারি)” is an online platform to monitor and distribute relief and charity works across the country. The aim of the platform is to use ICT to reduce the overlapping of donations or charity.
It is a common issue while providing support or relief during any crisis that some people get multiple donation, and some people are left with no support or relief. This is one of the greatest challenge for development workers or charitable organization to avoid such overlapping or gap. After a long time, during this COVID-19 crisis, this issue came up again as a huge number population require support to keep up their daily life. Hundreds of organization are working and millions of taka is being spent. But the effort will go in vein if a single person get multiple donation and some people never get donation from anyone. Similarly may be some area closer to city may get support from multiple organization where some areas are left without any support.
Chailei Pari platform will work to solve this solution with a geolocation based support and relief management system where every organization can provide information about where and what type of support they are providing at the same time anyone will be request for support from any particular location. This will provide a birds eye view of the whole support system which will help design the next campaign for any organization or individual.
Along with this, big data analysis, Artificial intelligence and Machine learning will be incorporated to avoid fraudulent in donation process, better planning and execution of development and charity campaigns.
Initially the platform is in its beta stage where web based working prototype is deployed online. We have plan to develop mobile app and additional tools to make this a efficient system.
This will not only solve the problem of current coronavirus situation, but also help manage future disasters like flood, cyclone or any other crisis.
