: COVAID একটি সফ্টওয়ার এবং মোবাইল এ্যপ। আমাদের এ ব্যবস্থাপনায় বাংলাদেশের প্রতিটি COVID-19 রোগি ও ভোক্তার চিকিৎসা ও খাবার সম্পর্কিত তথ্য থাকবে। তাদের সমস্ত পরৗক্ষা নিরীক্ষার প্রতিলিপি, প্রেস্কিপশান ইত্যাদি আপলোড থাকবে। যাহা দেশ এবং বিদেশ থেকে অনলাইনে ও মোবাইল এ্যপের মাধ্যমে দেখা যাবে ও সুবিধা ভোগ করা যাবে। রোগির হাতে একটি স্মাট বেন লাগানো থাকবে যা ব্লুটুথ এর মাধ্যমে ব্যাবহার কারীর শ্বাস-প্রশ্বাস রক্তের চাপ ইত্যদি এ্যপে দিতে থকবে আর এ্যপ এটি মূল ডাটাবেছে পাঠাবে্। ডাক্তার তা পর্য়বেক্ষন করে সিদ্ধান্ত নিবে এবং প্রয়োজনৗয় ব্যাবস্থা গ্রহণ করবে।

যদিও COVAID একটি COVID-19 চিকিৎসা ব্যবস্থাপনা, কিন্তু এটি যেকোন হাসপাতালে ব্যবহার করার যাবে এবং জাতীয় ভাবেও ব্যাবহার করাযাবে। আমরা জাতীয়ভাবে ব্যবহারে উপযোগীকরে প্রস্তুত করবো। বড় কোন হাসপাতাল তাদের নিজস্ব রোগীদের ব্যবস্থাপনার জন্য এটি ব্যবহার করতে পারবে। একজন মানুষ এখান থেকে সুবিধা নেবার জন্য এই সিস্টেমে নিবন্ধন করতে হবে। আমাদের সিস্টেমে একজন ব্যাক্তির নিবন্ধন নম্বর থাকবে যা তাকে চিকিৎসা বা কোন সেবা নেবার জন্য সনাক্ত করা যাবে। যদি আঙ্গুলের ছাপ নেয়া হর তবে (এন্ট্রি আছে এমন) রাস্তায় পরে থাকা একজন অজ্ঞান জীবিত বা মৃত মানুষের আঙ্গুলের ছাপ নিয়ে পরিচয় এবং তার পূর্বের ইতিহাস সম্পর্কে জেনে অজ্ঞানের কারণ সম্পর্কে কিছুটা হলেও আন্দাজ করা যাবে, মৃতদের আর বেওয়ারিশ হতে হবেনা তাদের পরিচয় জানা যাবে। সনাক্ত হলে সিস্টেমটি চালু হবার পর থেকে সে যত চিকিৎসা করিয়েছেন তার সকল তথ্য পাওয়া যাবে। এতে একজন চিকিৎসকের তার সম্পর্কে ধারনা পেতে সময় কম লাগবে। আমাদের সিস্টেমে বাংলাদেশের অনুমুদিত হাসপাতাল, ক্লিনিক, মেডিকেল সেন্টার, ল্যাব ডাক্তার ইত্যাদি নিবন্ধিত থাকবে। প্রত্যেকের আলাদা আলাদা আইডি ও পাসওর্য়াড থাকবে। এদের মেয়াদ দেয়া থাকবে তারা যদি পুনরায় সরকারী অনুমুদন না নেন তবে সিস্টেমে ঢুকতে পারবেনা এবং চিকিৎসা চালাতে পারবেনা, প্রয়োজনে সরকার এটার ভাল ব্যবহার করতে পারবে এবং এই খাত থেকে রাজস্ব আদায় করতে সুবিধা হবে। ভুয়া কোন ডাক্তার থাকবেনা এলোমেলো ভাবে ঔষধ লিখতে পারবেনা প্রেস্কিপসন কম্পিউটারে প্রিন্ট হবে এবং রোগি নিজে দেখে ঔষধ কিনতে পারবে, সহজ হবে ভুল কম হবে, ভুল ঔষধ সেবনে রোগী মারা যাবেনা। এককথায় চিকিৎসা খাতে জবাবদিহিতা চলে আসবে, কোন ডাক্তার বা ক্লিনিক যত্রতত্র যা খুশি তা করতে পরবেনা।

COVID-19 চিকিৎসায় কিভাবে কাজ করবে:----
একজন রোগি সনাক্ত হবার পর তাকে বাড়ীতে রেখে চিকিৎসা করা যাবে। রোগির ব্যবস্থাপত্র এ্যপে দিয়ে দেয়া হবে। এ্যপ সয়ংক্রিয় ভাবে সময় অনুসারে রোগিকে ভয়েজ ও টেক্স এর মাথ্যমে ঔষধ জানিয়ে দিবে, রোগি ঔষধ সেবন করবে এবং হা বাটনে চাপবে, না চাপরে নিদ্রিস্ট সময় পরে আবার ঔষধ সেবন করতে বলবে। একই ভাবে যাদেরকে খাবার দেয়া হবে তাদেরকে খাবার খেয়েছে কিনা তা জানতে চাইবে এবং আগামি দিনের খাবার আছে কিনা তা জানতে চাইবে। ভোক্তারা হ্যা অথবা না বাটন চাপবে। এই তথ্য গুলি তাদের নিকটস্থ তত্যাবথায়ক বা তার জন্য এসাইন করা ডাক্তার পেয়ে যাবে এবং সেই অনুসারে ব্যাবস্থা নিবে। কোন ডাক্তার কে অতিব জরুরৗ ছারা রোগির কাছে যাওয়া লাগবেনা সময় বাচবে যাতায়াত খরচ বাচবে ডাক্তার করোনায় আক্রান্ত হবার সম্ভাবনা কম থাকবে সামাজিক দুরত্ব বজায় রেখে চিকিৎসা চলাতে পারবে। হাসপাতালে থেকেই এক সথে অনেক রোগির চিকিৎসা করতে পারবে।
