: The clutch of COVID-19 is increasing day by day around the world and Bangladesh is not out of them. It not only affects the health of human beings but also crushed down the total economic growth because of the locked-down all over the country. Though 20 percent of our country people are living below the poverty line, most of them are not able to earn their daily bread in this pandemic crisis. Its hopeful news for us that our govt. has already declared a huge amount of relief for our country people. Unfortunately, these reliefs are not well distributed because of not having any dynamic database and digital distribution system. For this reason, we’re going to work on it.
Our proposed method has two infrastructures, one is virtual (based on website & mobile app) and the other is hardware. Let’s go through our virtual system.
In the virtual system, people who want relief can register by using his/her unique id (i.e NID), phone number, and other necessary information. This data will be automatically added to the real-time database. The authority can see the total relief needed, shortage, and surplus for the particular area using our website’s admin panel. Also, Our dynamic database able to send a unique code (necessary for further relief collection) to the phone number which is registered for relief.
Not only that, but we are also working on OCR technology which will be integrated with our virtual system. People who are not able to write the information for relief registration, can easily complete registration only by capturing a picture of his/her NID. Our intelligent system will able to recognize and send the data to our database for relief distribution.
Also, We’re planning to make a text messaging system from where people can easily complete registration for relief only by sending an SMS from his/her phone. As a result, remote area people, who don’t have any android phone, can able to complete registration for relief.
For making the system more convenient for mass people, we will provide two versions of the virtual system. One is a website and another is a mobile application (for android)
Now let’s introduce you to our hardware system which will always be connected to the database. The unique code provided by the authority to the registered person has to use there. When the person clicks or gives the code to our machine. The machine automatically recognizes the validity of the code by using real-time database. And finally, the machine will pulling-out the particular amount of relief (i.e rice, pulses). The amount or total weight of relief distributed will be automatically send to the database, from where the authority can able to surveillance the relief distribution system.
That intelligent dynamic system ensures an equal distribution of relief as well as reduces the corruption of relief distribution.
Some additional features added to our system, are given below-
One can easily give their information to our government, if he/she interest to donate in the fund of our government. Other features like online corona risk test, corona update (national/international) & news of corona from many international and national news media are being facilitated by our website.
