: Health Code Bangladesh (HCB) is a contact tracing app with having the ability to integrate with central public health database.
People needs to screen their health code which is a QR code or scan a merchant QR code at the entrance & exit point of public places like local market, shops, train/bus/ launch station, hospitals or toll point. Screening their own code HCB system will allow the merchant to see the health status whether he is COVID 19 positive or not. Authority can prevent COVID 19 carrier to entering in a public place. That is how we can measure & monitor how many people were in human interaction at a certain time which is a direct contact. Citizens are strictly recommended to screen the code while going out and coming back so that, the monitoring body could get the information of his/her presence immediately.
Also, HCB can adopt a community-driven approach to monitor indirect human interaction where participating devices exchange proximity information whenever an app detects another device with the HCB app installed. Bluetooth Relative Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI) readings between devices across time to approximate the proximity and duration of an encounter between two users. This proximity and duration information is stored on one's phone for 21 days on a rolling basis — anything beyond that would be deleted.
Collecting all those data form user we can notify users about potential COVID 19 carrier & monitor both carrier and non-infected personnel's human interaction heat map. We can analyze the percentile of infection in a certain area or place. Also, we can give instruction to the suspected persons to put themselves in quarantine or isolation. Once we know the root of virus spreading, we can break its chain. This is how we only can prevent spreading this infection easily and share necessary clinical care.
