: In ‘COVID 19’ scenario the healthcare delivery system has been changed. In current situation and changing ‘new situation’ when the ‘COVID 19’ pandemic will be overcome the situation will be not as usual. Considering the fact, we have to develop ‘National Telemedicine consultation platform’ which will store individual health data at central level and connect with registered physicians across the country from community clinic to tertiary hospitals. The consultant will provide Telemedicine services in their duty hours and as well as their private practicing hours by using this national application. Under this national telemedicine consultation platform network 15000+ telemedicine referral centers will be connected with 200+ telemedicine consultation centers.
