: In the current situation, many people have already lost their jobs and in the near future many more will keep loosing. It has been estimated by the local experts that the after effect of Corona will be much bitter than the current one. Many fresh graduates and young professional will tremendously remain stressed due to lack of employment opportunities. This frustration might lead them into the path of suicide, terrorism., illegal activities, etc.
To help save the mental strength of the young professionals and empower them, we are proposing a platform that will provide them with necessary finance to do relavant traing from renowned organizations. After the training is done, we will work with them till they get their desired job through career counseling, mental health sessions, CV preparation and presentation skills etc. All of the expenses will be covered by our organization until they get the job. When the experts realize that the attendees are ready for the job, we will place their in relevant networks.
The important point here is that we are not a training center, nor are we a counseling center rather we are the empowerment unit for them and we will pay their fees of all these trainings until they get the job. We will partner up with renowned training centers, universities, mental health experts, organizations to carry out the complete package of training.
After the job is confirmed, the attendee will pay back the money that has been invested in them and a little charge gradually. They may choose the tenure as per their flexibility. This will help the project to sustain itself.
The whole process will work through a website and an app. The website will be used for registration, online resources, ongoing trainings, counseling, trainers bio etc. The app will basically be a platform like slack where the trainees will be able to be in communities of their relevant training. They can seek any kind of help or share thoughts through the platform.
There will be monthly symposiums for the trainees to showcase their skills where industry leaders will be invited. This will create a job opportunity for these people.
