: I am going to develop a smart real time relief monitoring system.This monitoring system is fully digitalized.We need a server that linked up with NID number Database.A vulnerable person can use NID number for requesting food via sms.Every region government will provide a tab and biometric confirmation device.When a vulnerable people ask for help in server ,server automatically find this person's region and notify specific tab provided by government on this region. After request sms server will replay sms to this person with pin code.Then this person need to show own pin code to relief provider and put own fingerprint confirmation with biometric device.This confirmation will update the server. The server can easily monitor every government relief providers work.
