Even we can provide hand sanitizer as well as bactericidal spray, if the situation goes long turn, we should think on this issue Since Sweden, Vietnam, Malaysia and China are coping up the situation fruitfully with abiding by the rules but for my country it's tough yet by imposing strict rules so that school authority must be compelled .it is true to impose such initiatives, there will be faced numerous problems from general people who are not satisfied with anything so ignoring everything our government can implement such rules as other countries to fight with covid-19, The initiatives of government are not beyond appreciation but it's not possible for government to solve alone, there for Non Government organization as well as public awareness should be involved to overcome the situation. Moreover, everywhere being focused economical issue, social distance and ensuring food which are must and there is no chance to avoid these issues yet beside these issues, an issue is not going to be thought which is children psychology they are ignored though we know they are at home but a question comes , how' are they passing? A concept has been set up in children' s mind that they don't have to go to school so they don't want to study at home even due to lack of personal contact with their class mates and teachers, they are being scared, according to my real own perspective, I have got some problems from some parents , regarding their children are not obeying them and don't feel interested to study at home, if we see other countries first of all china they have started to send their children to school, as we all know children are our future of the nation which we have to admit. There a hope comes this problem will be removed globally soon by the blessing from above. Although we become free from the epidemic , consciousness must be continued otherwise we might be in distress in case of children, we should have strong focus to make them come out from the fear and back their usual life at once the situation overcomes , since the epidemic may be prolonged in accordance with study so being highly aware , children should start going to the school.moreover,as long time passing at home most of students will not want to back to class but with some interesting issues provided by school authority can make children attentive in the class. Besides, school must have all measures to protect children. However we should not forget children and care their psychology. At any way, as soon as any unbinding comes, children should be encouraged to go to school. After winning with the virus all situations can be handled gradually but in case of children, there will be difficult which means they face varying challenges, from overwhelmed healthcare systems to growing economic despair. In geographies beginning to emerge from the first wave of COVID-19 cases, the question of reopening schools is front of mind for many stakeholders. Schools provide not just learning and social support for students but also, crucially, childcare, without which many parents cannot return to work. However, reopening schools carries the public health risk of viral resurgence. Parents and teachers are understandably wary, to think about difficulties, there may have some solutions which get children to be encouraged going to school at once re opening. First of all during the covid-19 situation by no means, let not children should go in depression if and parents take some measures with collaboration. To get in touch with teachers of children is a matter of pleasure because at this moment and at this age children are at home it’s beyond imagination. However, not much is known about the long-term mental health effects of large-scale disease outbreaks on children and adolescents. While there is some research on the psychological impact of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) on patients and health-care workers, not much is known about the effects on ordinary citizens. Evidence is especially scarce in children and adolescents. “This is an important gap for research”, Au said. COVID-19 is much more widespread than SARS and other epidemics on a global scale. As the pandemic continues, it is important to support children and adolescents facing bereavement and issues related to parental unemployment or loss of household income. There is also a need to monitor young people's mental health status over the long term, and to study how prolonged school closures, strict social distancing measures, and the pandemic itself affect the wellbeing of children and adolescents. The motive of the project is to provide clear understanding and actionable guidance for educational institutions by which they can control COVID-19 though guidance is specified by countries perspective education although students to become advocate for disease prevention. Maintaining safe school operation or reopening schools after a closer requires much consideration. For instance: 1. We should change the beginning and ending time of the school days 2. Cut down the assembly sports, games, and others events that create crowded conditions. 3. We must maintain the space about one meter among the children. 4. Avoid unnecessary communication. 5. During post COVID-19 period school administration ensure regular hand washing and positive hygienic behaviors. 6. Before starting the class, class room must be hygiene. 7. If possible increase the air flow and ventilation. 8. Remove and dispose the daily wastage. Parents’ responsibility during epidemic: 1. Monitoring the children health and encourage them to maintain the guidance, for example: washing hand, using hand sanitizer, using tissue, through the waste specific place. 2. Parents should encourage child to ask question so that they can consider their parents as a teacher. 3. Coordinate with the school to receive information and ask how you can support school safety efforts. 4. This may be general, children consider this time as a long vacation though it is not exactly the same but consequence is worst because they lose their time from school schedule to recover the situation. Parents should be set up their time for weekdays and weekends in structure. 5. Parents should be conscious about the bad habit of their child, for example: their regular wake up time, sports time and so on. 6. It will be difficult to bring them educational routine if the epidemic long lasting there for guardian might be finds out how their children school plans to keep students engaged and active. To illustrate parents can divide the day into couple up hours. Like parents starting morning with their child as most teachers start their first class. 7. Leisure time place a vital role to boost up children physically and mentally for this reason parents give them enough leisure time along with guardian should be aware how their pupils spend their leisure time. 8. Due to staying home children may be feel anxious about their general life that’s way parents can arrange some entertainment thing and video conference with their friends , educative game those are relate with their mind set, if the problem is sharp that time may give them counseling. 9. Due to remaining school closed, children as well as teenagers are staying at home. Therefore to utilize their time properly even interestingly, there some measures have been taken by our team A. Through online to let parents know about the initiatives of ICT division to care of the children’s mental health. B. Providing brainstorming game through online so that children can get interest (word puzzle, math, English detection) C. Motivation speech by our team about present situation and education through online counseling. If we are chosen to be involved in these novel activities, we will be continuing our responsibility with fruitfully on behalf of ICT division. Moreover, we will introduce ourselves to numerous parents through online from ICT division. Activities after reopening school: after recovering the situation when we will go for reopening the schools that time we would follow up the some basic thing along with government instructions, though education ministry of Bangladesh has been working with experts to control and prevention this disease along with this ICT division also playing significant rule to find out a strategy to overcome the worse situation regarding this issue, therefore they interpret the situation with scholars to build up a strategy to return students at schools. However, there are still fears of a possible second wave of infection and social distancing measure is being strictly enforced with students wearing mask and sitting at a distance from each other. We can take the experience from the other countries those already have reopened their schools .like China, Japan, Norway, Belgium etc. There are some ideas which might be effective to return the students at school. 1. Ensuring hand wash for children 2. Maintaining social distance before entering to the class and leaving 3. There should have enough distance in the class room to sit 4. During the break when students are provided snacks form school that time we suggest to provide fruits also to increase immune system of students’ health. 5. Growing interest to back school, students should be given prizes by arranging competition which should be based on academic such as toys, books, pencil box, bag, etc. 6. Using mask and hand gloves Finally, the main narrative, I hear are those children will be fine. But children will also be impacted in different ways, and we need to be attentive to these so we can respond with interventions. The thought goes with me, if we follow and let children do these activities as well as make conscious to parents, there might be positive feedback according to expectation.
