: Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) has widely spread all over the world since the beginning of 2020. It has been classified as a pandemic by the WHO and warned us that it is a serious threat to global health. This pandemic leads to important increases in the demand for hospital beds and a shortage of medical equipment, while medical staff themselves could also get infected. To mitigate the burden on the healthcare system, while also providing the best possible care for patients, efficient diagnosis and prognosis of the disease are needed. In this project, we aim to propose a COVID-19 vulnerability Indexing measurement by using machine learning (ML) models. This risk scoring model quickly informs the healthcare community, helps to save lives and protect us from the worst effects of this pandemic. In our project, by using the ML model we want to
