As a developing country, if we cannot overcome this situation as soon as possible, then our future will be worst than we think. As COVID-19 spread over human to human. So we need to keep maintain social distancing. There is no better way to stop COVID-19 spread than social distancing. To maintain social distancing, our country needs a complete lockdown. In this situation, low-income people, day laborers have lost their scopes to earn and are leading a very miserable life. Many people are providing support and cooperation to address the situation. But at the same time, there are some problems arising in this situation. Though many people want to provide financial help or food support to these vulnerable people. But due to the lack of a reliable platform, they are not able to do it. Also, Govt. relief distribution affected by corruption. So we need a reliable platform where Govt, organizations, and any kind of people can easily provide financial/food support to vulnerable people. Now we introduce our solution "হাত বাড়াও" which is a mobile-based application (android, ios), Which will connect Socioeconomically disadvantaged populations, capable people, voluntary organizations, or any kind of organization, and Government in one platform. It will help the doner ( capable people, voluntary organizations, or any kind of organization, and Government) and needy person connect with each other, and make the donation happen. This will connect the one who is willing to help with the one who needs help. Thus creating the bridge between them. In our system people who need financial or food support can register as a needy person by providing his NID number, NID Card image, Family member's information, address, and exact GPS location. By this information, we can identify a needy person, and only he/she can get support for his/her family. And from a family, more than one member cannot register as a needy person. This will help to sure that one family doesn't get support multiple times. When any person asking for help then using nearby technology nearby donors will notify through notification and message. Then any donors who are capable of support this family can provide support by contacting his/her through our application. After receiving support user must be provided feedback, by which we can identify fraud people. Any capable people who wants to help they can register as a personal donor. After sign up into our application, a map window will open with nearby needy person list , then they can help by selecting any person. when any organization wants to help, then they need to register as an organization and must provide how much they can provide food or how many family they can effort. Then our app will inform the organization with a list of needy persons in that region. This way any organization can easily provide support to vulnerable peoples. According to our system to distribute Govt relief each district needs an admin, who is responsible to manage the relief distribution process. And the admin is DC of each district.Govt. aid will distribute by DC in every district. And each district may have many places for distributing relief which is determined by DC. When anyone wants to get Govt. relief, they must stay in this district and must be select one distributing place(Nearby). When the user got Govt. relief they must provide their feedback in our app. By their feedback, our system can identify the corrupted areas. In this way, our application will help us to prevent corruption in Govt. aid distribution process. Without your help, only our solution() cannot make a reliable platform. Providing Socioeconomically disadvantaged population information to donner’s (donors, supporters organization, and Govt.) for helping these people by using “Nearby Location Service”. Our “Nearby Location Service” help peoples to get help from nearby peoples, which can help us to keep ourselves in social distance. Identifying people who are getting support multiple times at a time period by previous receiving support information. so that no one cannot get support multiple times. Measuring how much food is enough for him/her or his/her family or for how long he/she can survive with it by analyzing his/her family information. Reducing Government ration corruption at the grassroots level by monitoring Govt. ration information. And help Govt. to track their ration information.
