: • I want to focus this project about financial inclusion of Vulnerable people during this lockdown situation. I want to address the statement which is the livelihood policy .
Low income people basically marginal people who are day labour are the quickest and hardest hit by the COVID -19 induced economic Crisis ,those living in urban areas and working in the informal sector .Suddenly the low capital business mainly paddler, a rickshaw puller , street Hawker and many others are fall in down. Many workers in the service sector such as restaurants and beauty parlours are either fired on sent home with unpaid leave. Home service provider such as maid and driver are facing same fate . Already millions of RMG workers have lost their job or have been suspended without pay as the factories shutting down as a preventative measures against the virus . Most of the peoples depends on their daily income and rest get by with monthly wages with little to no fall back .when a family faced with sudden income loss, these people desperately need support just for sustenance .
To support these people more effectively it is Important to understand the extent of their vulnerabilities . We can make a contact with local elected member of each word for receiving actual vulnerable peoples list . we provide him a criteria format which can ensure to find actual ultra poor list. After getting list we select actual people for six month for providing them cash aid /donation for lively-hood purpose . we give them financial aid by Mobile fund transfer service .
Each person receive financial aid each month according to proper utilization of previous getting money . we support them after analysis his business regular basis . we have an analysis team which confirm us which person actual vulnerable and whose actual need.
The activities of this project stated in to the following way :
Process 01 - Firstly, we will select a geographical area where most of vulnerable people live. After selecting area we contact with word member for more information about their family status, occupation , earning status ,family member etc. we collected this information by survey form.
This survey form contains some basic questions which help us to understand the actual scenario of their need.
Process 02- we will make a three member volunteer analy-sis team (VAT) After getting this primary information by survey form and handover this information to the volunteer team for analysis and cross check .After checking this information by organizations particular policy and they confirm the office about their options. They make a final list for financial aid .
Process 03- we will selected and finalised list and we deter-mine them for donation to the first Phase. Each phase is six month duration . Each vulnerable person can got 2000 taka for each month. During this period we will monitoring them in every month. After completing his/her improvement than he got second month donation. In this process we want to adopt mobile fund transfer .
This kinds of financial inclusion can ensure us digital cash payment and receive policy which is mandate by Government
