: We are proposing a geo-location based Citizen App which will help Government to connect to Citizen directly. Delivery of message can be via push notification (on free data) and/or sms. If push notification method is used, the cost will be significantly lower than direct mass SMS, whereas they are geo-location specific as well as they can target citizens based on profession, gender, senior citizen status etc.
The major feature of the app will be:
1) Disseminate right information to citizen to counter rumor, false information & fake news
2) Information from various agency to government to be streamlined
3) Track Citizen of potential danger (like Covid 19 patients) via App.
