: Software will be developed to manage all the data of Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief. This software will have the dashboard at user end upto Union Parishod level. The issue chain of relief items can be tracked and monitored here. The distribution process to the frag end people will be monitored and audited runtime. A simple weighing machine will be integrated with the software. For every distribution location, items and amount of items, eligibility etc. necessary data are endorsed in the software before the distribution starts. When any person will come for taking relief, then he/she will have to give NID for reading through NID reader device. Or, read fingerprint through finger reader. This will confirm his/her eligibility to get relief, endorse his/her details and issued relief items. Weight of the items will be automatically endorsed in the Database when any weight of any item is given in the weight machine against one individual NID/fingerprint. Two webcams may be fixed in two sides beside the machine to record the total process during the relief distribution period. This CCTV records will be in the server for some period of time. Software will be in National Data Center’s server. Any misappropriation will be notified and audited runtime. This software will also enable our Election Commission (NID Department) to notify the correctness of NID holders if they are given with interface. The entire internet driven runtime auditing and monitoring of Relief Distribution will surely eliminate the misappropriation in this regard as desired by HPM.
