Description
: As the Government of Bangladesh is planning to loosen the current lockdown state in near future to keep Bangladesh from economic collapse, this solution is to keep track of the movement of the Corona-suspected persons and to keep others safe from being infected by the suspected ones. The government has already marked some areas as hotspots, based on the number and density of affected people, and want to control the public crowd in these areas. So far, no system has been developed through which the government can easily control and keep track of the movement of the people in those areas. Our app will provide data about how people are moving in those areas, in the form of charts and graphs, using Bluetooth, GPS, and location service technology and help track the movement and activity of the suspected people, e.g. where they go or how many people they have come in contact with. The app will also help keep a normal person from being infected by providing them with real-time notification and appropriate direction. Overall, our solution will assist the government in tracing better and preventing the spread of COVID-19.
If any normal person has had close contact with or comes into close proximity of a Corona-positive person, the admin will notify the normal person of the case, using SMS or app notification service, and will suggest the person go on home-quarantine. Moreover, the admin will alert the Corona-positive person to abide by the quarantine rules, and apprise the appropriate authority of the suspected person’s movement. Also, by tracking people's movement, the app will help decide the authority whether an area should be restricted or not.
