: In the proposed system, we have come up with a solution to approach the socioeconomically disadvantaged people with smart technological system. In this system we are proposing to build a system domain where underprivileged persons can get relief as fast and smoothly as possible without facing any problems. Here, we will have a chip associated with people and they will be receiving goods and relief money based on centralized database system. This will be managed by agents where they will be responsible for verifying information and supply and management of relief. Healthcare policies and identification and appropriately quarantining people for COVID19 can be managed through proposed system. This is a scalable model as it can be associated for future calamity or pandemic as well as can be incorporated with existing government projects such as NID and NOGOD system.
